Angus and Dundee has an abundant share of beautiful parks and gardens to enjoy. Dundee has four fine parks which all seem to leave the heartbeat of the city far behind.

Camperdown Park, with acres of green space, is home to the city's annual flower show and food festival and a number of other celebrations throughout the year. Look out for the children's themed adventure playground and Camperdown Wildlife Centre.

Country parks at Crombie and Monikie, in Angus, offer bird watching, angling, boating and forest trails.

And for the true gardening enthusiast, a visit to Dundee University's Botanic Garden provides a rare insight into exotic plants, bushes, and blooms; and Pitmuies Garden & Grounds are well worth a visit for their walled gardens and spacious lawns.
