Montrose Basin is a haven for vast numbers of migrating birds. At different times of year it is a stopover for both northern and southern travellers. In October great flocks of more than 30,000 pink-footed geese arrive at the Basin from Iceland and Greenland. Viewing gallery with binoculars, telescopes and interactive displays.
